To restrict a group of users to send mail to internet

Hi,

I need your help. I want to restrict a group of users to send mails to internet. How can I do that?

Create a group and list out all the users who are authorized to send the mails to internet. Create a role for the database and enable the role for this group.

Create a link/button (which will send mails to internet) and modify the hide when properties so that only the role created above has access to see that.

Create a group for InternetMailDeny Group and Assign a role for the above users. On the memo form “send” button, check email address domain name to verify whether the given address is internal or External. If user keyed in address is External address then, before sending out e-mail make sure that the current user does not falls under [InternetMailDeny] Roles.
