Need more information. How do you want to display the data? What are you using the sorted data for?
Wouldn’t it be easiest to create a new view that is sorted by your criteria?

I have a consultation of a form by five different fields, and establish an order to election by one of these fields.
The consultation this ordered by the criteria. But I need to prioritize the order by the chosen field.
