TO: list does not fully print

Currently Domino 7.0.3 FP1

User states that the TO: field does not print entire list of recepients when printing an email.

Is there a fix for this?

Can you check they have the setting

“Expand Names field content when printing”

checked in their File\Preferences\User Preferences\Basics\Additional options

?
