The to/from/subject header just stopped printing on my Lotus emails today. I tried re-starting Lotus and also double-clicking on the emails (opening them up) before printing. Still no change here with the header not printing. There doesn’t seem to be very many options with regard to this functionality in Lotus so I have no idea how to get this header printing again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If I open her mailfile I can print fine though. Am going to re-istall her client. We had another user that had this problem and it went away with no intervention but this has been like this now for a few days
Subject: SOLUTION TO LOTUS NOTES 8.5 NOT PRINTING EMAIL HEADERS
Try the following:
FILE > PREFERENCES > BASIC NOTES CLIENT CONFIGURATION
Under the field for ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

Navigate to DISABLE EMBEDDED BROWSER FOR MIME MAIL, click on it to put a checkmark next to it.

Click OK button

Restart Lotus Notes.
When printing:
You have to click SHOW DETAILS (right upper corner of the mail you are on) on every mail you want to print, so It can also print the email headers.

Has a solution been addressed for this problem? I am using Notes 8.5.1. When I open an External Email and print the headers are missing. I can print the same email from the Inbox view and the headers are also printed.
