Caller is trying to type in Tony Magda’s name “magda” in the To field in a new memo for Notes.
His name does not automatically come up like it usually does, no names do.
I remoted into her computer and attempted to change the address book by going to actions/address and changing the address book.
I hit okay for the dean foods address book.
Even though I changed the address book to search from it always reverts back to her personal address book.

Look at the current location on the PC. Under the Mail tab there’s an option for recipient name type-ahead. Maybe it’s disabled

Thanks, I just looked back at the trouble ticket I had sent up to our level two, he resolved it and said it was due to the primary notes server being down.
It’d be nice if they would forward this information to us.
