One of our customers has an issue with his to do notification. Whenever he switches off his pc, the to do notification email isn’t sent, he just receives the alarm box when he is logged in again. He is using his mailfile on the server.
As long as his pc is switched on, he gets both an alarm box and his email notification.
Anyone any ideas?

that’s because alarms only work when the client is turned on; alarms are not server based and they require items found in the local INI.

Sounds fair enough, thanks Paul. I wonder however why the alarm is showed when the pc is switched back on again, but the email notification is not send out at the same moment. Any idea?
