I have a user that uses the To Do feature in the Lotus Notes calendar. In the past, if the To Do was not completed, it automatically moved forward to the next day on the calendar. This week, for some reason, it stopped moving forward and the user has to do it manually. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this problem? Thanks!

Hi, we had this problem recently with some users that were migrated from r5 to r6.5. I also discovered that when they edited their “To Do” preferences to set the option “Allow Notes to update To Do status and dates for incomplete entries”, they were getting an error message when clicking OK.
I think selecting this option enables a LotusScript agent. These users were defined in the ACL of their mailbox with Designer access, but without the option to create LS / Java agents. When this option was turned on the problem seemed to be resolved.
