To-Do By Category

For one employee, when he goes to To-Do and clicks By Category, it does NOT show it by category, it shows it almost exactly like ‘All To Do’s.’

What can I check to find out why it won’t show the view correctly? There are several To-Do’s and they do have different categories.

Subject: To-Do By Category

Check if he is sorting the view by one of the headings. I had a user with the same problem and the view was being sorted by the Subject column, as soon as I changed the sort, categories returned.
