To: and Cc: fields in a printed email

I have a user that prints some of her emails and needs all of the names in the To: and Cc: fields to print. If she receives an email that has more names in the To: or Cc: field than will fit in the frame on the screen, and prints it, only the names that are actually visible on the screen, print. If she forwards the same email to herself and prints it, all of the names in the To: and Cc: field print, regardless of whether or not they show in the screen.

Does that make sense?

Hi,

There is one parameter in FILE - PREFERENCES - USER PREFERENCES, who expand names to print.

I don’t have a printer now so I can’t check it.
