Tivoli Analyzer problem

I get a “The note handle is null” when adding the server. Any ideas on what im missing here? Worked in RC, but not in gold…

I am surprised that no one else is getting this problem as I have got the same results after installing re-installing on different domains, different machines and now different versions. I see in other forums there are similar postings and I cannot see any answers.

Answer to this and other errors installing TivoliFirst error. File does not exist.

This occurs when the Activity.nsf file has not been created. It could be that you have not updated the design of the Domino Directory and therefore not seen an Activty Logging tab, or you had not checked this box on the tab to turn Activity Logging on.

Second error. Not authorized to access database under the Server Profile in Activity Trends.

This could come about if you have checked create “LocalDomainAdmins” group when installing R6 and have not created this group and added users.

Third error. The note handle is NULL. This error is displayed until the activity logging database has data. The process by default runs each morning at 3:23am. Ensure that this process can take place - otherwise there will not be any documents put into Activity.nsf. So the processes will not get a handle to any of the other objects.
