This might be a stunned question, but I have Tivoli and it tells me that all of the stats are good except for Server Response. It recommends that I offload users to other servers.
What does server response mean? What is the server response statistic telling me? I need more information on the Tivoli tool and I cannot find anything.
Please help me!
Subject: Tivoli Analyzer and Server Response
We are experiencing the same problem here. In addition to our seven R5 production servers we have installed six new 6.5.1 servers on Windows 2003.
All new servers seem to have a problem with the ‘Server Response’. Tivoli suggest to offload users BUT THERE AREN’T ANY! These servers are doing nothing yet.
The ‘old’ servers sometimes have a CPU Utilisation of 97 but no problems with the Server Response.
The product page of Tivoli Analyzer for Domino does not include Windows 2003 as supported platform.
Q1: Does anyone know if there is a new release of the Tivoli Analyzer for Domino that supports Win2003?
Q2: Does anyone has similar problems with Domino 6.5.1 on Windows 2000 or earlier?

We have the same problem but with servers with users and without users. CPU and Server Response seem to go hand in hand in our environment. The communication to our server from clients is dog slow and our Network people are saying it’s Domino.
