Issue: You are installing traveler on an IPad. For some reason on this iPad, you get just about to the end of the (very easy) installation process, except, instead of the “install profile” window popping up, you get a web page with an image of a file on it, and you are dead in the water at that point.
Solution we found: Another app on the iPhone is interfering with the installation process. The app will be one that handles files in some way (perhaps even Google Earth [1]) Remove that other app; install traveler, then re-download your file-handling app.
[1] The user uninstalled 2 file-handling capable apps at the same time, so I don’t know which one was the exact culprit. Perhaps both.
