I have a user who had a hard drive crash. Since re-installing Lotus Notes 6.5.5 on his laptop, some of his email comes in in a very tiny and unreadable font. Has anyone seen this happen or know a fix?

“Some of his email” is a little vague. Is there a pattern? Internal mails? Sent through Notes? Or external mails? HTML formatted or plain text? Does the user have other applications then mail?
One fast thing to check and compare with other workstations would be the default fonts as found in user preferences.

Thanks for the response. It is only happening with external messages that are plain text. We check the preferences against another work station and everything is the same.

Even in our organization we also faced similiar issue ,
We asked user to try delete cache.ndk , restart the notes and
that reslove the issue. Even though i dont know the root
cause for it , If anyone have the technical explantion for it , i
shall be greatful to you .
