Timothy Rich: Any Insight into Outlook 2007 HTML issues

We currently have one user in one of our client organizations that used OUtlook 2007 with DAMO 8.0.2. When this user replies to messages that contain HTML the response gets all garbled. Many characters get replaced with other characters and the message just looks bad. I saw a note in September that this was a known issue. Has this been resolved yet? A fixpack somewhere? We have other users on DAM) 8.0.2 in Outlook 2k3 with no issues

A few questions:

  • What is the ‘known issue’ that you’re referring to?

  • On what client is the response garbled (Notes or Outlook)?

  • Can we get a copies of the original and response messages?
