Timezone issue on web

Hi all,

I have noticed a strange issue with timezone on a web app running on 8.02.

For a timezone field shown on web, the text and values for the dropdown list do not match. For eg., although the option below says (GMT+04:30) Kabul the value stored is (GMT+4:00).

(GMT+04:30) Kabul

Is this a bug with the server, or something specific to the application?

Any help would be appreciated.
