Timestots option in mail calendar shows empty calendar

Hello!

Two users have a problem when they select the “Timeslots” option for the calendar view of an mail file. The option Show - Summary works.

Mail file is 9.0.1 fp8 and the client version too. The problem occurs also when they try an other mail calendar file. But a mail database with no calendar entries works.

The comes no error message - simply nothing.

Has any body an idea what could be the reason for?

Subject: Having same issue

I’m having the same issue with one of my user too, I’ve tried replacing every single file inside the data folder… it just didn’t work…

I backup the whole lotus folder and put it somewhere else… reinstalled the whole lotus note and only copy back the ID file (Mail file is in the server) to start up the program… but the calendar just doesn’t display on the “Timeslots” mode… only the summary mode is workable…

When I tried using another PC to use the ID file to access the user’s calendar it works… the problem is only inside his own PC… but I just can’t seem to locate what thing that is causing this issue.

If anyone has any good idea on how to solve this please let me know.

Subject: Some questions

Was the issue seen before going to FP8? Does the issue occur if the two users run the Notes clients in basic mode (notes.exe - basic)? Have you tried renaming the workspace folder on one of the PCs?
