Timed Mail Forwarding Question

I am looking to set up a timed mail forwarding agent.So effectively any mail received to a certain inbox between the hours of 16:30 and 09:00 is forwarded to another address.

Anybody got any ideas on how to achieve this.

Create an agent in that database that is triggered by new mail arriving. In the agent, check the time of day. If between the hours of interest, forward any mail. Regardless of whether the mail is received within the hours of interest, flag the documents as processed so that they do not inadvertently get processed in a future run.
