A user is having a problem with her Notes client in which she is not receiving emails fast enough. She mentioned to me that the delay varies. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes, other times it may take up to 40 minutes for the email from her coworker to arrive in her inbox. She says she has her refresh set to 1 minute, and no other user in our company is reporting this problem. I am not ure what is wrong or how to fix this problem. Is there a setting in her client or in her person doc that needs to be changed or looked at? What could cause time delay?
Another thing that I’d like to mention that may help shed some light in the problem is that she recently had a last name change. I went through the steps of changing her name on the Domino server. She says that this problem did not start happening until we changed her back to her maiden name.
