Thumbnails / No Parking Sign

Does anyone happen to know why you get the “No Parking” sign when using Thumbnails? Say I have open my In-box, Workspace and Contacts, then I open the Thumbnails page… I can see the Mail and Workspace Thumbnails just fine, however the Contacts show up as a “No Parking” sign (circle with a slash through it) with a little refresh icon in the bottom right hand portion of the screen. If I click on the Refresh icon, it will close the Thumbnails and switch to that tab. If I immediately re-open the Thumbnails page, it shows the Contacts properly. However, if I close the Contacts tab, then re-open Contacts, then Thumbnails, it once again goes back to the No Parking sign.

Do you know how I can get the Thumbnails page to properly show all of my tabs, by default? Thanks in advance.

Hi FolksI will forward your question to Matt-the-developer who can give you a better answer for why you get the “circle with the line thru it” on some of the thumbnails.

I believe it is because a tab has to have focus (or be on top of the stack or some such thing) for at least x milliseconds for the client to “take a snapshot” (for some reason-- performance??) there are no snapshots of each tab taken when you close down).

So there really is nothing that you can do to get a real thumbnail, unless, every time you start the client, you make sure you click each tab to bring it to the front.
