Thread pool member on TCPIP

We encountered a problem with our Server. It started with somebody who was unable to access his mail file (Network operation did not complete in a reasonable amount of time).

I tried to open my Administrator Client and I was unable:

  1. to see the list of task

  2. to access remotely to the console.

Then I try to access the console directly on the server. I was unable to type anything in it.

Finally, I took a look to the log database and I’ve seen around 50 times the following entry:

  • Thread pool member on TCPIP

Then, after these log entries, I found also the following entry:

  • Server for Username on TCPIP.

Any idea of the problem. What are the meaning of these log entries ?

We had to restart the server and everything seems to run.

We are having the same issue. Our server is on 8.5.2 and server hangs . and enteries in log.nsf ( Thread pool member on TCPIP ) … please someone respond
