Thread pool member on TCPIP?

Out of the blue, my web server stoped working.It starts OK, but any attempt to run WebQueryOpen or WQS results in HTTP server using 100% CPU - and the browser hanging, of course.

Show Tasks write to the log some 40 messages like:

0430:000D Database Server Thread pool member on TCPIP

Any help will be truly appreciated!

Never mind, I found it - it had nothing to do with the thread pool.My fault, of course. Just an agent, running for 20+ seconds, and no limit in the server doc.
