I have a user which can’t replicate his mail on Lotus Notes. He receives the following error:
This Object Store that is used by this note was not found or is not a Notes database.
When doing a new replica from the server, the initial replication completes without error. The replica is accessible and looks perfect. When trying to do another replication of this replica, then this error appears.
We used shared mail years and years ago but this has been disabled for at least 4 years and since then numerous upgrades on versions. The server is 6.0.1 and the client is 6.0 …
Any thoughts?

We recently had the same thing here – the shared mail was the culprit. If the mail file still has headers pointing to the old shared mail messages, you’ll get this error when you try to replicate or when you try to read the message. The easiest way to see this is open the mail file, and try going into any messages that are 4 years old or older (when shared mail was enabled) – you’ll get the same error when you try to display the message(s) that are linked to the shared mail account.
You need to either unlink the messages or reenable the shared mail file to fix this nicely… or you can delete the problem messages.
