This name is not in a directory - Skip All Feature?

Is there a setting in Lotus Notes client (Notes 8.x) to disable the “This name is not in a directory” messages - either with one click or by default with no clicks? For example, the currently available options include “OK”, “Send Anyway”, “Skip Name”, and “Cancel Send”. I am looking for a way to “Skip All” or “Send to to All Anyway” but these options do not appear.

I get these when sending mail to large email groups (newsletter) that contain IDs that have been eliminated and have to click more than 100 times “Skip Name” while notes is blocked during sending procedure…

Thank you very much for your help!

Subject: no, and a solution

No, there isn’t a built-in way to do this.

However, if you use a group on the server, and Admin P is set up, people will be automatically removed from these groups when they leave.

You can have your Domino Admin either restrict group usage to only you, or set up a separate address book and give you editor access, if needed.

Since the Group(s) you are sending to contain the Names of IDs which have been eliminated in the past, this suggests that the AdminP process was not used to remove-them from the Domino Directory.

Depending on the location of the Group which you’re using (i.e. Local or Server-based), the quickest way to resolve this problem is to modify the names-listed in that Group & remove the “invalid” names.
