The value of listbox field in domino doc properties is empty

I have a Notes document contained a listbox field, i can see the value of that field from the document, but i cannot see the value in the document properties, here is what i got from the document properties:

Field Name: listb_team

Data Type: Text

Data Length: 0 bytes

Seq Num: 1

Dup Item ID: 0

Field Flags: SUMMARY

“”

As you can see the value field is blank. Why is that?
