One of our users recently got a new laptop. I was in the process of moving the users ID File from their old laptop to their new one. The user is using DAMO. They were unable to remember their ID File Password so I had to delete the user from People and Groups and add them again, and assign their old mail file to the new profile. I now have a new ID File. When I attempt to create a new MAPI Profile, I get an error saying “The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid.” is it something to do with Names and Address Book?
Does anyone know how to resolve the issue?
