The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid

Hi,

I have posted this topic before and tried everything they suggested and searched on this topic and tried everything they suggested, but it still gives me an error message.

I am trying to rename an existing user’s common name.

But after renaming, the Admin Requests db shows the error below:

“Error: The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid. Check the log file for

details.”

When I look in the log file, it gives the same error.

I have recertified the user id, the certifier id, checked that all the keys are the same, but it still gives me the error.

Any other ideas?

Subject: The signature on the certificate was found to be invalid.

Try removing all rename requests from the Admin4.nsf database, recertify the user, and then rename the user.

It could be that your certifier to which the user being moved to is corrupted.
