I have been migrating our certifiers to the CA process and all seemed OK, until we actually tried to authenticate using one of the newly created id files and it came up with the error message above. The id file can be inspected and looks OK, the procedures from the Administrator help were all followed correctly so we can’t tell what stage is causing the error. Has anyone else seen it before (and worked out what it is?!).
