I run notes 8.0 at work, and I installed Notes 7.0 on my home workstation. When trying to access my mail database at home, I get the error:
“The server’s Domino Directory does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating you.”
I have tried deleting the certificates in my local address book, and then re-logging into Notes, but after it brings up the ‘Create cross certificate’ window, and I click yes, I get the same error as before.

Sounds like you are not using the same ID file you use at work. You may have set up the client at home without connecting to a server, which will issue you a certificate for John Kosiba/John Kosiba, for example. You want to be using John Kosiba/Acme, where Acme is your company’s certifier.

Thanks for the response. I found the answer already.
The fix ended up that I had to do a File - Security - Switch user ID, and then pick my .id file. I’ve never had to do that before when setting up a home workstation, but it works, and that’s all that I care about at this point. Thanks again.
