The public key that is being used does not match the one that was certified

Hi,

I have a customized mail template that I am trying to edit with Designer as a client.

However, when I click on any of the forms to edit it, I get the message

“The public key that is being used does not match the one that was certified”.

I found that someone had this error message previously in this forum and was told to mail the certificate to the administrator and ask that they cut and paste it into the user’s

certificate on the server. I did that, but I

am still getting the error.

Has anyone else had / solved this problem?
