The monitoring configuration EVENTS4.nsf database is missing

We have upgraded our Lotus Domino 7.0.2 server to Lotus Domino 8.5.After upgradation,everything is working fine, but at the Domino server console,a error message is coming up…Event: The monitoring configuration EVENTS4.nsf database is missing the required view ‘($ModularDocs)’:Entry not found in index.

What is this error all about?How can we eliminate this error?

Did you run fixup and updall? If not try that first. You may also want to refesh/replace the design
