I have a db which has lots of forms and views . Complicated workflow is designed using scrips and formulas and this db interacts with SAP and oracle to pull and push the data. Doc locking is enabled in it.There is no replica for this db.
The issue is in the recent monts , some docs are missing from the db. till now 5 docs are missing and all the documents are in different workflow status. I have the doc links for this docs which was generated by the db at the time of workflow approval, When i click this link iam getting the message “The linked document cannot be found in the view.”
I had tried creating a new view to check the availablity of the doc , but its not displaying the docs in any of the views.
Does any one have solution for this issue ? Thanks in advance.

Are there Readers or Authors fields on the form?
From another posting: “Provided that the documents still exist, you can use Full Access Administration to get around the readers fields. That will allow you to run an agent to update the readers fields (and add a safe-value Authors field).”
Look at the Help in the Administration database to find out how Full Access Administration works.
