I am getting “The database is being taken off-line and cannt be opened.” error regularly. I am having manager access for this db, if we can restart domino it will work. is there any another way to avoid domino restarting.

You should figure out what is going on with the database. Is it runing a consistency check or something? Look at the console and see what’s going on.
