Hi,

I am getting the following error while opening any mail in IE.

The body of this message is encrypted and cannot be decrypted.

  1. You must import your Notes ID (which contains your certificates).

  2. Import your internet certificate(X.509) into your Notes ID for S/MIME.

Click help for details.

Pls suggest the needful.

did you try the most obvious: importing your notes id?

Thanks for your support. But if we upload the notes ID . It will be asking the Notes ID password also at the time of Web mail opening.How could we avoid that?
