I have a database with a frameset. The left most frame has a page with an outline. The page has a blue background and the text of the outline is white.
This has worked for years and 100s of people. Recently one user is seeing a problem. She has been recently upgraded to 8.5 but is unsure if the problem started in 6.5.
She is seeing white text with a white background, so really she is seeing a white block where the text should be.
Has anyone else seen this issue or know what might be causing it?
Subject: Could the display be set to some limited number of colors?
Or might the computer be in a monochrome mode? Are any other programs having color issues, or any other Notes apps?

There is a second database now where she has the same issue.
That one has white text on slightly darker blue.
Other applications (non Notes) are not having issues as far as I know.
I sent her a link to a Dev database where I can change the design at will. Same issue. I modified the design so the background is white and the text is black. She was able to see it after the change.
I checked here desktop setting and colors are set to the Highest setting.
