On one of my client, with Windows XP Pro and Notes 6.0.1, when this user prints mails, most of the print out has text missing. Mostly printed only the header information (with the To, From etc. fields), where as it does not happen to my other users who have the same setting.
One funny thing that I have noticed is that whenever she prints, the header either “flick” with a flash of black color or all the fields (From, To etc…) increase its length to the left !!
Please kindly help if you have seen this problem before and know how to fix it !!!
