Text font size growing with each response (between Notes and Outlook)

When I have an extended exchange of email replies between me in Outlook, which is (sob, sob) my corporate mail, and another person who uses Notes 8.5.1, I see the font size growing progressively in each one of the responses in the history. So the current reply is in 10 point, the immediately preceding response from him is now in 12 point, my preceding response is 14 point, and so on. If we go on long enough, then the originating email can be 256 point!!

This was reported in the R6/R7 forum back in 2003, but I don’t see it anywhere recent. Is there some workaround or setting?

BUT if you also have a website on the same server it will also add some “font” tags when domino renders richtext… :-((

So apply those notes.ini variables only on mail servers.

Subject: thanks, but this isn’t the problem

The “growing font” problem is showing in Outlook on my side as well as Notes on the recipient’s side.
