For some reason when we receive external email it doesn’t show any text color formatting. If we send an email internally, they will receive it fine with the text color showing properly.Hopefully someone can help with this.

Format preference for incoming mail: Keep in senders’ format
in person document, i suspect you have it set as
“Prefers Notes Rich Text”
