i am having a text box with multivalue option selected. This is just a comment box. but i want to show it as row=3. when user enters the value with newline those values get saved differently. But i want to show it as one sentence/one value only. These multiple values are creating problem in the view(type calendar). It shows multiple documents, even though it is one document only.
do you mean that 1) i must uncheck the Allow multiple values of text field and 2).Multi_value seperator of column as None? if so, 2)point is None only. But as you say if i uncheck 1) the text box look like single row & when user enters a long sentence text can not be visible when text box length comes to end.

i want to show text box on the web form with 2-3 rows. but the value entered should be one only, not multiple values. Multiple values are creating problem to me in the view display. It is showing that much documents in the calendar view, how much values user enter in the textbox. I have given tag in the column value to show the text box field value as title.
