"TERMINATE: Object Variable not set" in Domino 6.0.1

Hi All

Since upgrading to Domino 6.0.1, I have sytarted getting

Alpna_Monga_akldnotes: TERMINATE;

Object variable not set

There is a similar post, but no solution has been offerred. Does anyone know what’s causing this error message?
