The ability to schedule a “pencilled in” appointment or meeting is missing. This feature permitted the creation of an appointment or meeting that would appear on the calendar, but not show as busy time. Also, “tentative” acceptance of a meeting invitation now shows as busy time.
In pre-sales, we often offer dates/times to clients, and need to stay aware of possible appointments, but without showing as busy when others look at availability.
Subject: It’s still there, just a terminology change
The old “Pencil In” is now “Mark Available” available on a new Calendar Entry in the upper right hand corner just under the Notify option.
