Recent fresh install of Domino 6.5.1:
When the design task runs I get the following errors:
Warning: Cannot locate design template ‘IWAREDIRECT’ used by ‘Domino Web Access Redirect’
Warning: Cannot locate design note ‘DOLS.gif’ in ‘DOLS Resource Template’ template
Warning: Cannot locate design note ‘iNotes_bnnr.gif’ in ‘DOLS Resource Template’ template
Warning: Cannot locate design note ‘servers.gif’ in ‘DOLS Resource Template’ template
Warning: Cannot locate design note ‘DOLS.gif’ in ‘DOLS Resource Template’ template

I read a report here of the same errors but the suggested fixes are invalid. In the first case, with the Domino Web Access Redirect template, the template has had an image resource added to it but is otherwise unchanged. It’s properties show it as being a Master Template and it is NOT set to inherit it’s design from any other template. It’s master template name is DWAREDIRECT - I have no idea where this IWAREDIRECT error is coming from. The single database that uses this template looks perfectly fine also.
In the second case, with the DOLS Resource Template, those image resources do not exist. The suggestion was that they could be found in R6 Domino Discussion database template and simply copied and pasted to the DOLS Resource template. Good idea - but they don’t actually exist in the Discussion template either - at least in this R6.5.1 release…
Also note that these last errors show up twice, just like I’ve posted - any idea why?
I know these are trivial errors and cause no problems - still, my goal is always zero errors…
