For Domino/Notes to shine, it appears a lot is lacking in the cosmetics of the templates. Not so much for the client-side, but the web look of the applications is pretty “old”. Maybe some sort of Open Source program should be set up to supervise a contributory environment to improve some of these templates. I have to give Microsoft credit for having a nice look/feel in most of their products, even though I don’t feel that they have product that compares to Domino/Notes.
