Tell router quit crashes server

Lately, when I have to do a Tell Router Quit because mail is hanging. My domino server crashes.

The server takes a long time to come back up after this crash. I have never had issues with quitting the router crashing the server.

Has anyone seen this?

Thanks

Deb

Have you looked in the kb?

You need to give more info, (EX: FATAL THREAD section of your NSD)

Look on the forum faq (Under NSD section) for a few links about troubleshooting Notes crash.

Unfortunately it is an AS400 and getting the NSD takes a long time.

To get info from the NSD it has to be sent to IBM, I was hoping someone here had seen this issue, and had some advice.

I have a trouble ticket open, but true to IBM form, they are in no hurry to help me.

Deb,

Why are you performing the Quit? Have you changed anything recently in the config?

Cheers,

Shawn

Well, without the NSD, it’s difficult.

From the Kb
