Teamroom document link problem

Hi,

when one of my users sends a mail starting from a teamroom to another user, the document link is not included in the mail. although when she send the same mail to another user in the company, the document link is included.

can anyone help me to solve the problem?

You might check the user’s record, who does not have document link, in NAB, one field call “Format preference for incoming mail:” , make sure it is not “Prefers MIME”.
