We recently replaced the design of our TeamRoom database with the R6 template. We were using the R5 template.
Since the change, all Inactive Documents get updated each day by the AutoFileAgent and the date on each document gets changed to the current date. So when we go the Inactive Documents view, it looks like all the inactive documents became inactive today. When the agent ran with the R5 template, this did not happen. It showed the date when they actually were set to Inactive. For now we just disabled the agent.
I compared the code of the agents and found some differences but nothing is jumping out at me as I’m not a coder.
Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?
