I am facing a minor issue of the team mailbox template.
Could anyone prove it also occurs in your envs?
We are seting internet address like this firstname_lastname@domino.com for every client.
When sending emails in those team mailboxes to them, the firstname_lastname@domino.com works fine, but not firstname.lastname@domino.com. it received undelivery report says this address doesnot exist in address book.
use’s personal mailbox works on both formats.
Is this sorts of limitation of this template?

It is a mail-in database IIRC, so it works different than a personal mailbox. If you set the email address for it to firstname_lastname@example.com, that is the address. What makes you think another address would work?
Also, when using example emails, you should never use existing/real domains. That will cause spammers to mail those addresses as they harvest them from the web.
So unless you are Sabin Bermant & Gould LLP (the owner of domino.com), I would suggest that you use example.com and/or example.net, as they are reserved by IANA for exactly such purposes.

Is it just internal emails that you have this issue.
You can put firstname.lastname@domino.com as a second name for this group mailbox and then it would resolve correctly.
