Does anyone know what this error means? IT appears when a user attempts to open their mail fail.It can be closed and work can continue but its becoming a bit annoying

…sounds like something other than generic Notes - was an add-in loaded then removed improperly? or perhaps it is supposed to be there and has been inadvertantly deleted?
Did you try searching the user’s desktop for the mentioned dll?

Thanks for your suggestions guys , but the problem still persists. Cant find any reference to this file in the notes.ini
Subject: Explore your machine, look in the Notes Executable directory. Is the file there?
Do the same at the users machine. Is the file there? If not, copy the one from your machine to the Users. It is only 24Kb in size.
