Hi folks,
Does anyone know whey some of the tabs in this one document in my dB are not there even though the fields and their data can be seen in the document properties… these tabs were there previously, now they’re gone??? It’s got nothing to do with hide when’s either…?? Even tried fixup without any luck… even tried removing the form from designer, replacing it with one from a template… any ideas, help

We have this issue a lot in one of our larger applications. Essentially… someone cut and paste some weird stuff into a rich text field.
I’m not kidding.
Usually… what I do is I copy the problem document from production into a “test environment” then I delete the rich text fields from the design one at a time untill I find the bad rich text.
btw… I’m not kidding.
Then, once I know which field is corrupted… I go into the document properties and copy the plain text. Then I use that special toolbar field editor to remove the field:

Irving… that is so wierd !!! I had to get the person to reattach the word documents again but this worked… many thanks !!
