The default tabs (Welcome, Mail, Calendar, To Do, Contacts, Notebook) are not being displayed for one of our users. All other users are not affected. The “Logout” area is not being displayed either.
This happens from different computers, so it is pointing to the mail file, itself.
Any ideas on this?

Check to see if they have sorted a column (look for a solid black triangle in the column headings)

Yes, he can sort by any column of his choice, but this has no bearing on the tabs coming back.
I have also tried applying the inotes6.ntf template, and refreshing it back to the dwa7.ntf template. Unfortunately, that did no good either.
