I’ve never seen this error. How about giving us more information to see if we can help.

(1) Can you print using something Other than Lotus Notes (e.g. Word?)

(2) Does the problem only occur in a particular LN Application or ALL (e.g. can you print from Mail)

(3) What are your margins and header and footer size set to?

(4) Can you print using this printer when it’s not that Tablet PC.

(5) Can you print using the Tablet PC to another printer? (or PDF)

        Thanks for yr response. Please find my answers below.

Yes. i can print from every other application.

This error occurs when trying to print to this particular printer from lotus notes ( regardless of any application )

(3) What are your margins and header and footer size set to?

Above header, Above body, Below body, Below footer are set to 0.5'' and 0''.

(4) Can you print using this printer when it’s not that Tablet PC.

I am not sure if i tried that option. But if my memory is right, i did try and it printed fine from my HP laptop notes client to this printer. I will check that and reply here in about 3 hours from now.

(5) Can you print using the Tablet PC to another printer? (or PDF)

I will check that and reply here in about 3 hours from now. But i tried printing the notes content from tablet pc to a journal or a Microsoft Office Document Image Writer and it printed it fine.

So something like this? Maybe with Left 0.5 and Right 0.5"?

What is the UOM we are talking here? Inches or cm? (Just to make sure we are talking the samething).

Stephen, UOM is ‘’ only. My margins are

Above Header 0.5 ‘’

Above Body 1’’

Below Body 0’’

Below footer 0’’

Left 0’’ Right 0’’

Paper size 2 * 2’’

But the only major difference is the size of the printing layout in the page set up. It is very small compared to yr screenshot ( that could be because the zebra printer i am using is a mobile printer and prints only small receipts )

I am still trying to print the Tablet pc → to a different printer

                                 & different laptop --> to zebra printer combinations. Will post shortly. Thanks again for yr time.

So you only have 0.5" left to play with. As I don’t know the printer, is it possible it cannot print after 1.5" (it wold seem unlikely).

What happens if you try above body set to 0.5"

I’m trying to recall if on the form can you specify how far down the top margin is (like left and right). If so maybe this number is pushing you past 2"

Thanks Stephen. I was able to print it after reducing the margins to 0.01" each. I did make some changes to the text margin of the form. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. Appreciate yr help.
